Property License Agreement

1. PARTIES.

This Property License Agreement (“Agreement”) made is between Manager and Licensee listed in the undersigned below (collectively referred to as the “Parties”).

2. PROPERTY.

The Manager agrees to license the designated space on the property to the Licensees under supervision of the Caretakers at the

3. TERM.

The Licensee’s term for the space shall begin and end as specified in the Space Licensing Term table (“Term”).

4. CONSIDERATION.

The Licensees collectively shall pay the Landlord in monthly payments of $1,200-$2,000 (depending upon property conditions) (“Fees”) or equivalent consideration as agreed between Landlord and Licensees (”Consideration”). The Fees shall be due on the 5th of every month (“Due Date”).

5. DEPOSIT.

The Licensee shall deposit with the Landlord the sum listed in the Security Deposits Table as security for any damage caused to the Premises during the Term. Such deposit shall be returned to the Tenant, less any itemized deductions, within 30 days after the end of the Term.

6. PEACE KEEPING.

7. NOTICE.

The parties shall join and receive notice and announcements at this Secure Announcement Channel or “SAC” or directly in Signal for private issues and messages. If a party does not have a phone that can [install Signal](https://signal.org/download/), they may ask another party to be their notice agent who will be obliged to review the announcements and messages with said party by the Due Date each month.

8. RECONCILIATION.

Those obliged under this Agreement shall reconcile Fees, Consideration, and other obligations and resolve outstanding issues according to the Peace Keeping terms agreed herein by the Due Date via the SAC or directly in Signal.

9. ACCEPTANCE.

Each of the Parties agrees to export this document to PDF and add it to the Acceptance Log as evidence of their agreement hereto, and obtain the verification of an independent witness that this Agreement has been accepted.
