Agreement Overview
The undersigned persons (the “Parties”) wish to collaborate on AI/ML/Bot Designs and/or Work Product under a mutual non-disclosure agreement with further terms and conditions as provided in this AI-savvy Workshop Agreement (the “Agreement”). One or more of the Parties not a member of WikiWe.org.
Purpose
The Parties wish to collaborate on AI/ML/Bot Designs and/or Work Product further detailed in the AI-savvy Workshop Drawingboard.
Adoption of Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement
The Parties adopt the Benson Confidants - Signal MNDA 24-03 as if fully set forth herein, without any exclusion or limitation.
Adoption of Primary Dispute Resolution
The Parties adopt the Utah-Principled PDR 23.11 as if fully set forth herein, without any exclusion or limitation.
Payments
All payments made are final, non-refundable.
Intellectual Property
Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as granting any rights under any patent, copyright or other intellectual property right of any Party, nor shall this Agreement grant a Party any rights in or to the Other Party’s confidential information, except for the limited right to use the confidential information in connection with the consulting services.
Notice
Notice under this Agreement shall be effective when any Party books an “AI-savvy Workshop” at https://cal.com/justinb43/ai-workshop and a message is sent to the Email address or Mobile number provided.
Termination
The Agreement terminates when the Workshop Summary & Recap is sent to the Email address provided.
