After more than a decade of building Ai algorithm that pillages peoples phone, email, and financial details to exploit them, I had nearly given up on the AI/ML and data science field. This is one reason I am so grateful for your respect and use E2EE platforms like Signal that protect our privacy and sensitive information. If I can answer any of your Why Signal.org or make it easier for you, don’t hesitate to ask. Furthermore, now that we have landed on this EncryptedByDefault Collab Stack together, I am open and see the need for supporting email and other insecure comms channels and hope that will open more doors to collaborate with people who show hostility to Signal for any reason and are stuck on other channels. Privacy and encryption are rights I want to pass onto my children, but who am I to impose them upon the unwanting. It has felt incredible collaborating with a battle-tested kindred spirit seeking a better world.
