This Encrypted Signature Consent Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between Ricardiam DAO LLC (“Company”) and every individual agreeing to these terms (“WikiWe Cryptopians”). Collectively the Company and WikiWe Cryptopians are referred to herein as “Parties” or individual as a “Party.”
1. Consent to Electronic Signatures
By selecting “Join Group” on the Signal Group page (see image below), each Party consents to conduct business with the Parties using electronic and encrypted communications, records, and signatures rather than paper documents and handwritten signatures. The “Join Group” button is equivalent to “I agree” for the purpose of this agreement. 2. Intent to be Legally Bound
Each Party acknowledges and agrees that by clicking “Join Group” and joining the Signal Group, they intend to sign this Agreement and be legally bound by its terms and conditions as if they had signed this Agreement in writing.
3. Electronic Records
All records, notices, and other communications provided electronically from any Party to another Party will be considered to be “in writing”, and are deemed to be received by the User when they are delivered to the Signal Group.
4. Withdrawal of Consent
The User may withdraw their consent to conduct business electronically with the Company at any time. If the User wishes to withdraw their consent, they must provide the Company with written notice of their withdrawal. However, the User’s withdrawal of consent will not affect the legal validity or enforceability of the Agreement or any electronic records provided or business conducted between the User and the Company prior to the receipt of the User’s withdrawal of consent.
5. Hardware and Software Requirements
To access and retain electronic records, the User will need to have access to a computer or other device with an Internet connection, a web browser that supports 128-bit encryption, and an email account. By clicking “Join Group”, the User confirms that they have the required hardware and software to access and retain electronic records.
6. Changes to Contact Information
The User agrees to keep their email or electronic address current and to promptly notify the Company of any changes to their email or other electronic address.By clicking “I Agree”, the User acknowledges and agrees that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this Agreement. Alternatively, you may show consent in this [Signal channel].
Charter
A “Channel” is a secure private message channel controlled by its participants and headed by a “Header Message.” A Channel can serve as witness of consent by each participant to the Header Message, which may be any coherent Pledge, Promise, or Contract.
Participants are free to leave at anytime, subject to the Header Message. Membership in the Channel proves the periods during which each participant consented to the Header Message.
The Header Message can be forked by copying to a new Channel, then revising as mutually agreed by participants of the new channel.
Unanimity is needed to revise the Header Message of an existing Channel, with silence being consent after a fixed mutually agreed period. If no agreed period is stated, default is seven (7) days. Any objection bars the change until resolved.
