Reciprocal Promises Memorandum (“RPM”)
RPM Terms
This Reciprocal Promises Memorandum (this “RPM” or “Agreement”) is entered into as of the date set forth on the signature page by and between the undersigned company (the “Company”) and the undersigned advisor (the “Advisor”).
The parties agree as follows:
- Scope.
The Company and Advisor agrees this RPM will replace, supersede, and modify the Reciprocal Promises previously agreed between the parties hereto (the “Parties”), if any, and shall apply to any dispute between the Parties, or between any party hereto (a “Party”) and any 3rd party beneficiary as defined in paragraph 2 hereof (a “Goal Partner”) that arises out of any Party’s or any Beneficiary’s agreements, promises, pledges or other material obligations to or by any Party or Beneficiary in connection with the Company or any of its activities.
- 3rd Party Goal Partners.
This Agreement shall be binding on the Parties and their Goal Partners. Any person who has executed an agreement in the form of this Agreement or a materially equivalent agreement with the Company as an Advisor, now or in the future (a “Qualifying RPM”), shall be a Goal Partner. No other person shall be a Goal Partner of this Agreement.
- Promise Slate Records.
The Company shall maintain confidential records of the Agreements and Reciprocal Promises made by the Company and its Advisors, Promise Slates, Disputes and all communications or proceedings regarding Disputes.
- Term and Termination.
This Agreement shall not be terminated, except by mutual written agreement of the Parties, and shall endure until final disposition of property belonging to any deceased or dissolved Party.
- Notice.
Notice under this Agreement shall be deemed Effective when made via the primary communication platform (e.g., Signal) used by the Company to communicate with its Prospects.
- Miscellaneous.
This Agreement, including any schedules hereto, constitute the sole agreement of the parties and supersedes all oral negotiations and prior writings with respect to the subject matter hereof. Unless the parties in dispute otherwise agree, the protocols and agreements at ADR Memorandum will be used to resolve disputes.
In the event of litigation, the validity, interpretation, construction and performance of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction listed on the signature page, without giving effect to the principles of conflict of laws of such jurisdiction.
In the event any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable at law, the court shall interpret the Agreement as nearly as possible to the original intent of the Agreement, without giving effect to the unenforceable provision.

I mindfully pledge to authentically, directly, peacefully, and proactively provide feedback and resolve any good-faith complaints, disputes, conflicts, or breaches of integrity through negotiation and a pledge-centric arbitration process before seeking relief or justice elsewhere according to the ADRM.
I accept that dishonoring this pledge may result in fines, membership restrictions, promise slate annotations, and additional reporting obligations.

✋🏽 Mutual Integrity Pledge
I mindfully pledge to honor my word as my bond and support others as equals in acting with integrity.
I accept that dishonoring my word and this pledge will result in a breach of integrity as recorded on my promise slate until I measure the impact and make amends.

✋🏽🎯 Mutual Respect Pledge
I mindfully pledge to all who are similarly obliged to respect the autonomy of others and to demand no remedy more than what I am owed by agreement or, in the absence of a specific agreement, the lesser of obligations promised by the other’s pledges and mine.
I accept that dishonoring this pledge may result in a breach of respect as recorded on my promise slate until I measure the impact and make amends.
