Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to establish clear guidelines for the distribution of official notices within the group, ensuring that all communications are secure, reliable, and verifiable. This policy mandates that at least one channel used for notice distribution must be encrypted, promoting confidentiality and integrity in our communications.
Scope
This policy applies to all members of the group, including management, employees, any affiliated parties responsible for disseminating or receiving official notices, and now explicitly requires each member to publish their notice address and availability schedule to facilitate timely and secure communication.

Subaddressing Guidelines:
When distributing notices, the sender must use subaddresses to categorize and direct communications appropriately. At least one subaddress must be designated for an encrypted channel, and all recipients must be informed of which subaddress to use for encrypted communications. -
Verification and Acknowledgment:
Recipients are required to acknowledge receipt of notices through the encrypted channel by way of , ensuring that the message has been received and understood. This acknowledgment must be archived for record-keeping purposes. -
Confidentiality and Data Protection:
All parties must adhere to data protection laws and regulations when handling notices, especially when using encrypted channels. Confidential information must not be shared outside of authorized channels. -
Compliance and Enforcement:
Failure to comply with this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of group membership or employment. Regular audits will be conducted to ensure compliance. -
Policy Review and Modification:

Implementation
This policy is effective immediately. All group members are required to familiarize themselves with the encrypted channels available and must ensure they have access to and are capable of using these channels for official notices.
