Pool Sponsor Sub Description
Sponsors
Any person executing and fulfilling the Sponsor’s Pledge is a Sponsor in this agreement and a Creator in Wikido under Productivity Plans.
Sponsor’s Pledge:
I, the undersigned Sponsor, Jonny promise to:
- Sponsor the PO at 12,000.
- Participate in a product management meeting led by the PO or the PO’s designated representative not less than once per month;
- Provide honest feedback and advice to the PO during product development, and to do nothing that undermines fulfillment of the PO’s Pledge;
- Be loyal to the PO, fellow Sponsors, and Volunteers regarding the Goal.
Allocation of Sponsorship Fees
The PO shall have sole and absolute discretion to direct disbursement of Sponsorship fees collected by the Administrator, including but not limited to setting the amount of the PO’s personal allowance (”Stipend”), subject only to the PO’s pledges and to financial transparency as managed by the Administrator, and subject to the Administrator’s Fee.
