Pool Administrator
Ricardiam DAO LLC is the Pool Administrator for POE License Pool Charter .
Administrator’s Fee
The Administrator will collect a fee of five percent (5%) of sponsorship contributions collected, and ten percent (5%) of Net Revenue (as defined by the SEAWI) and realized capital gains from the Product or other revenue or gain realized by the License Pool.
Pledge of the Pool Administrator
The undersigned officer contractually binds the Pool Administrator to fulfill these pledges:
- To faithfully and diligently collect, record, and disburse payments when due;
- To keep financial records and manage tax reporting regarding Sponsorships and the Goal;
- Provide access to the Ricardiam Wiki (e.g., Wikido’s Team Space for the License Pool) and consenting member network to the Steward, the Sponsors, and Shareholders;
- To act as neutral Administrator of the Product and assets in the License Pool for the benefit of the Steward, Sponsors, and Shareholders;
- To act as neutral Administrator of the Supporting Agreements.
