This Lease & Caretaker Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on Dec 1, 2023, between the undersigned parties, the “Owners” and the “Leasee” collectively referred to as the “Parties”, identified sufficiently by phone number and unique document identifier.
PROPERTY INFORMATION
Property Description: “The Big Red Barn” Basement - 2620 Falls Ave E, Twin Falls, Idaho 83301
TERM
This Agreement is effective from Oct 23, 2023 and will continue until terminated by either party, as provided in this Agreement.
LEASE TERMS
Leasee to Occupy: The Owner grants the Leasee a license to occupy the property for any week a month.
Rate: The Leasee shall pay a rate of $150 per week for the occupancy of the property.
Family-fine: The Leasee is entitled to let his children and family occupy the property.
CARETAKING
The Leasee shall act as a yard caretaker every week of occupation.
PAYMENT
Payment shall be made within 15 days of the occupancy or at the end of the month, whichever comes first.
TERMINATION
The either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other.
INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE
The Owner retains the right to access the property for inspection and maintenance with reasonable notice to the Leasee.
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted by the peacemakers.super.site without regard to its conflict of law principles.
WITNESS OF CONSENT
The Parties hereby acknowledge their understanding and acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement via text message of Owner (208-420-4827) and Leasee (971-533-9292).
AUTHENTICATE & VERIFY
Third parties my verify consent, effective date, and document authenticity by messaging the Owner or Leasee.
