Engagement Letter with The AI Product Guy

Dear Carlos,

I am thrilled at the opportunity to begin our AI/ML product architect job and consulting engagement with Experts Real Estate. As we embark on this collaboration, it is crucial to outline and confirm the the key priorities, the engagement start date, and collect the activation payment as per the AI-Realty Consulting Agreement (“Agreement”).

Engagement Overview

As discussed, I will deliver the AI-product consulting services under the supervision of a talent agency. This engagement is compensated at a monthly rate of $5,000 plus a performance bonus quarterly. You agree to cover all related fees and reimburse any business expenses incurred during the course of our services. Moreover, a project budget will be provided and managed at my discretion, enabling me to effectively and autonomously align my efforts with your strategic priorities.

Prioritized Scope of Work

We will define satisfactory performance on this scope of work as completing the P1 deliverables and approximately 70% of the P2 to P4 deliverables. If the following deliverables and priority levels are not aligned with your key priorities, please indicate your desired modifications:

  1. P1 Develop a Realtor Associate Handbook with:
    1. Q&A AI/Bot
    2. Interactive Org Chart
    3. Required Meeting and Agendas
    4. Compliance Processes
  2. P2 Develop a AI/ML Product Offering for the Real Estate Firm, which includes
    1. Prototype AI Listing Q&A
    2. Draft Website with a Booking CTA
    3. Pricing Model with Projections
    4. Privacy Policy and Terms of Service
  3. P3 Setup AI scheduling solutions for key agents and staff
  4. P4 Streamline the transaction coordination process, train staff, and review compliance annotations.
  5. P5 Organize emails addresses, phone numbers, contracts, and corporate docs for future AI automation

Meetings and Availability

  • We will co-facilitate various essential meetings, including bi-weekly product reviews and monthly staff meetings.
  • I will be available as per the alternating-week schedule mentioned in the Agreement.

Engagement Terms

  • We adhere to confidentiality, privacy, and intellectual property terms as per the Agreement.
  • This Agreement will be governed according to the Primary Dispute Resolution (“PDR”).
  • This Agreement will auto-renew every quarter unless terminated according to the PDR.

Activation Payment

  • My services are offered at a rate of $5,000 per month for a 3-month performance cycle.
  • The activation payment is due upon the signing of this engagement letter.
  • Discounts are available for advance payments: 10% for 3 months in advance, 15% for 6 months, and additional 3% for every subsequent 3-month period.
  • Monthly invoices will include the Monthly Rate, related fees, and reimbursable expenses. A 10% late fee applies for payments delayed beyond 15 days, with additional collection fees for payments over 30 days late.
