  3. A cross license to any new IP or AI features developed together that is perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable.

Custom Terms: 5. A 3-month minimum scope of work for compensated consulting, otherwise, definitive accountability terms for volunteer, pro-bono, and uncompensated collabs. 6. Lastly, an engagement letter or contribution proposal that outlines these terms with an acceptable scope and schedule.

Job Scope:

  • Research, implement, and manage AI workflows and subcontractors for Social Media & Influencer Marketing Strategies
  • Provide a AI Website Makeover that streamlines the navigation around a compelling call to action
  • Vet, invite, and screen a Medical Board of Directors with integrity & influence and provide recommendations, references, and referrals
  • Commercial property experience design, development, and marketing

Job Terms:

  • Marketing Team Standup every other week on Tue or Thu at 12:30pm (Remote Link?)
  • 10 week minimum duration of engagement
  • Clear Marketing & IT budget, goals, and approval process
  • Office and living space for each in-town work week
