Role Overview ๐Ÿš€

Weโ€™re seeking an experienced Head of Product to serve as a hands-on leader, driving the entire product development lifecycle. Responsibilities include formulating a robust product strategy, conducting research and analysis, and fostering effective communication across internal stakeholders.

Youโ€™ll collaborate closely with our CEO, COO, Head of Content, Head of Engineering, and our high-performing development team to ensure a cohesive approach to product development. The ideal candidate will possess strong managerial skills to inspire and lead the product team, nurturing an environment of innovation and collaboration.

Responsibilities ๐Ÿ“‹

  • Own the Future: Drive expansion of our user base and revenue streams for a product embraced by millions.
  • Strategy Maven: Develop and execute initiatives to boost usage and financial growth.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, organize, and mentor the product team to achieve success.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align product strategy with business needs.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data to understand user requirements and craft optimal solutions.

Qualifications ๐ŸŽ“

  • Experience: Minimum three years of hands-on product development experience with a proven track record of driving growth.
  • Team Management: Demonstrated proficiency in leading teams to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Product Management: Strong understanding of product management practices, feature prioritization, and roadmap planning.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in publishing, SEO/SEM, or high-engagement websites is desirable.
  • Agile Expertise: Proficient in SCRUM methodologies and building agile processes.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to drive product decisions based on data insights.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to switch between high-level strategic vision and actionable tasks.
  • Location: Based in Europe or willing to relocate.

  • SaaS Experience: Previous involvement in SaaS product development.

Employment Terms ๐Ÿ’ผ

  • Contract Type: B2B or Contract of Employment.
  • Salary Range: 24,000 - 35,000 net PLN B2B or 20,000 - 29,000 gross PLN CoE.
  • Work Benefits: Flexible working schedule, work equipment provided, remote or hybrid work options, and office location in Poland: Mikoล‚ajska St. in Krakรณw.
