This letter outlines the terms of our engagement and the services we will provide to support you in productively navigating and implementing AI technologies into your business processes and life adapted to your needs and goals.

- Designed to keep you at the forefront of industry developments Engagement Style: Weekly Coaching and Monthly Newsletter Duration: Sep 17, 2024 to Dec 17, 2024 Our Commitment: We are dedicated to providing a personalized and strategic approach to help you integrate AI into your processes for the duration of this engagement.
Goal Alignment
We emphasize the importance of regularly reviewing and aligning your goals at least once per month. We encourage you to establish at least 1-month, 3-month, 1-year, and 3-year goals. This process is critical for empowering us and your team to support you as the owner, captain, and primary steward of your business. For this purpose, we will assign a Goal Coach to meet with you 1-2 times a month.
Incentive Program
You are eligible for a $300 Incentive Credit for the next engagement if you maintain an impeccable participation streak for the entire current engagement. To qualify:
- Meet with your Goal Coach one-on-one at least once per month
- Fund a $150/mo AI Budget for you and your team
- Provide 3-day notice for any cancellations or rescheduling
- Avoid any no-shows by being no more than 15 minutes late for scheduled meetings and sessions
- Commit to completing a case study and review of this engagement
